The independent cultural association ARTO, which defends street arts, is based at Kiwi, a cultural centre designed as a place for experimentation. It organizes exhibitions, shows, concerts and popular festivals. Wishing to make itself accessible to all, it proposes in September in the streets of Ramonville a very appreciated festival, organized with the municipality. It brings together a large number of artists and attracts more than 25,000 spectators. Theatre, dance, mime, music and visual arts intertwine to place art at the heart of the city. Installations and creations adapted to all generations are jostled in a joyful and poetic spirit. A nice date.

The 26e rue de Ramonville festival takes place from September 13th to September 15th, 2013. It is the first festival rue de Midi-Pyrénées and an important meeting annual of the street in France. Organised by the Arto association and Ramonville, it is every year a moment of artistic discovery and conviviality some 25,000 spectators with over 200 artists share.
On the programme, more than thirty companies street decline and mix modes of expression: theatre, dance, circus, music, plays, facilities, puppets, visual arts... but also spaces themes: an artistic space 100% for children. two places - including a capital - dedicated to the friendliness and festival; a site devoted to the artists last minute and three areas reserved for the restoration.
All the shows are free and for all.
