Resulting from their own production, their poultry are fed with quality products. The establishment also offers a home-made production of rillettes, fresh or smoked duck and goose products, stuffed quails, duck breasts stuffed with foie gras... A selection of Alsatian wines, jams and preserves complete the range.Baskets with fillings are made on request.

Read moreAt the farm, you will be able to harvest the fruits and vegetables grown by Anne and Gérard Clauss. Strawberries, beans, peas, courgettes... the choice is vast! If spade handling is not your favourite hobby, you can also buy fruit and vegetables in the shop. You will also find food from local producers: cheeses, cold cuts, beer, spices, condiments, ice cream, honey, mushrooms, asparagus, canned fish, eggs, apple juice... As well as ready-made meals and jams made by Anne, with products from the farm.
