Cosy and half-alarm restaurant in La Wantzenau.
At the Cour des Chasseurs, the flavors of the land are highlighted. Nathalie and Roger Lutz have given this inn a personal touch, creating a cozy, half-Alsatian, half-English club style! Chef Dominic Richard makes excellent flambé tarts with homemade pastry. The menu, which focuses on regional specialties and home-made creations, offers inventive dishes. Royal sauerkraut or fish, calf's head in a casserole, and mushrooms... All the products are fresh and local, and selected with real rigor.
