Accommodation in gîtes, guest rooms with swimming pool in a different atmosphere in Feugarolles.
This accommodation is very close to the Green Lane, which gave it its name, the Thouars bridge and the Garonne canal are only 300 metres away. In other words, the setting is absolutely charming and a cyclist's favourite! It makes sense that the "bicycle reception" label should distinguish it! Whether in guest rooms or in one of the two cottages, the comfort is the same in this small paradisiacal corner of the countryside. A neat, cosy, charming decoration with a beautiful harmony marks the place. The space is right, the park a real pleasure with different atmospheres, obviously you will look for the lime trees first, they are well there but they are not the only ones! A small garden furniture allows you to enjoy it but what we like above all is the orchard with its walnut, cherry, pear, apple and fig trees.... He lets us imagine the homemade jams that we enjoy and, no disappointment, they are on the breakfast table. Claude and Sylvie, particularly charming hosts, ensure that fresh and local produce is shared, which is pure pleasure. From brioche and fresh fruit in the morning to a small stir-fry with prunes or duck confit legs served on the table d'hôtes, you can enjoy a meal. The swimming pool is a highlight of the site where calm, tranquility, greenery and walks are the order of the day. A magnificent address, as much for its services as its setting and welcome.

Accueil très mitigé, les hôtes nous attendaient le veille...Après vérification ils ont admis s'être trompés mais pas vraiment d'excuses..
Repas corrects mais pas typiquement local
Chambre sympa mais porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas, salle de bains sans aucune aération, humidité totale, serviettes trempées pendant 2 jours, on a voulu nous "facturer le papier toilettes" à priori il y a un quota.
On n'a pas osé demander l'accès à la piscine au vu de l'amabilité de la propriétaire...
Le matin du départ aucune question sur notre séjour, aucun aurevoir, bref on a l'impression de déranger!!!!
Tout était parfait : l'accueil des propriétaires, la chambre, le calme, la détente à l'ombre des arbres, le repas avec des produits frais et locaux...
Nous reviendrons (et conseillerons) assurément !
Piscine.
Dés notre arrivée nous avons pu profiter de la piscine pour nous détendre d'une longue randonnée en vélo.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gite tout près du canal pour la qualité de ses prestations et la gentillesse des hôtes.
