ATELIER DES SAVEURS
The Workshop of Flavors, associative structure, is defined as a place of transmission, insertion and sharing around the kitchen. It offers everyone the opportunity to learn or improve the basic gestures needed to produce a simple and tasty cuisine, to give you the keys to culinary creativity. The courses are taught by teachers to groups of eight people, in a convivial and cosmopolitan atmosphere. On Saturday morning you will find a seasonal menu with organic products and end with a shared meal. In the afternoon, it's a pastry workshop to take home to delight and spell the family! Children and teenagers are received on Wednesday afternoon. A "culinary anniversary" formula is available on request on Saturday afternoon. Finally, a companion program is proposed if you wish to present to CAP Cuisine as a free candidate.
