In the heart of the village, established in a character half-timbered house, the Auberge de Loubens treats its many regulars as well as visitors passing through. In a warm atmosphere, the house offers you at lunchtime a market menu that allows you to enjoy local products. On weekends, an even more gourmet proposal invites you to take the time to savour the best that the region's hillsides have to offer. The classics of the country bistro are there, woken up by the chef who has recently taken over the management of the place. Un lieu sympathique, à côté du menu de la région, on peut parfois y déguster la cuisine alsacienne et même après le repas, ni 6jouer à des jeux au charme désuet , très bon accueil

Ambiance sympathique et convivial,dans un joli petit village du lauragais, souvent programmation de concerts sur la place juste devant,plutôt rock..en espérant que l'autoroute pour Castres soit abandonné car début des abattages de platanes et arbres magnifiques.

Très bon accueil, très bons ribs de porc. J’ai hâte d’y retourner et de tester la terrasse.
