Newly established in Labège, Studio 20 proposes to do sport differently. It is entirely dedicated to an innovative and yet unpublished practice in Toulouse: global and active electro-stimulation. The principle: you are connected to a high performance device, Miha Bodytec, through the stimulation electrodes spread over your body. Then, under the control of your coach, you start a twenty-minute session that starts with static postures and then connects you to simple movements.
