At the edge of the canal, this warm Estanquet is open during the summer season along the Canal du Midi. It could not be closer: it is the old lock house of Gardouch. Breakfast in the morning, restaurant at noon and in the evening, lock bistro all day long, guinguette some evenings, concert program... A charming address. We like the outside bar that evokes other latitudes, the garden, the terrace and the chef's simple but homemade cooking with seasonal products. Four guest rooms complete the offer.
