Address offering bold flavours, creative and refined menus on a slate.

Gourmet table and country setting, it happens in Gardouch. It is in front of the village hall, a few steps from the Canal du Midi, that l'Envie des Mets, a beautiful regional restaurant, is located. Winner of the Lucien Vanel Prize, the chef Sébastien Dufraisse combines audacious flavors and innovates in his proposals. Examples: crab shrimp tiramisu with parmesan crumble, asparagus arancini, lemon raspberry pavlova. Joyful and refined, the menu changes daily. The welcome is as good as the menu! A sure value of the Lauragais where it is a pleasure to return.

Super restaurant ! Nous y mangeons régulièrement entre collègues et nous ne sommes jamais déçues. Les plats sont excellents et le personnel à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement ????

Une superbe découverte.
Une cuisine originale et raffinée avec des produits frais et de qualité. Ici, pas de réchauffé comme c'est souvent le cas ailleurs. Un sans faute de l'entrée au dessert, avec le sens de l'accueil et du service. Bravo, on reviendra sans hésiter.
