Here is a unique establishment on the road. Its decoration gives it a little air of eternal summer: bright colors, flowered terrace and shaded by palm trees, anis green umbrellas. To extend the pleasure the winter, the terrace closes to be heated. But it's not just a beach straw: in his semi-professional kitchen, Michel develops pizzas, fries and nuggets. Everything is made home, which allows him to make, for example, a bold Gauloise pizza with magret and foie gras. On Sunday, Michel offers grilling and farmer chicken from the Gers. In December, he regals his oyster clients from Leucate and Bouzigue, who arrive directly from the producer.
