After working for years in the field of cosmetics marketing, Raphaëlle Neveux decided to take her rolling pin. A way for the young woman, living in Flourens, to affirm her entrepreneurial vision: to cultivate the richness and benefits of the land, to preserve the health of men and the health of the land. The young woman, who went back to school to get her CAP, created Klézia, a unique pastry shop whose cakes respect the laws of balanced nutrition. Raphaëlle Neveux favours local and seasonal ingredients, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with local producers. These first-class raw materials, organic and permacultural, allow him to reconcile health and delicacies. Madeleines, cakes, muffins, pies, pies, éclairs, desserts, almond cream or milk, spreads have a low or moderate glycemic index: the sugar, limited or reworked, disappears in favour of the natural flavours of the ingredients used. The young woman offers her services to individuals - baptism, girls' evening, birthday, wedding.... - and companies - seminar, inauguration, product launch... It also develops workshops and conferences on healthy and lively food for the general public.
