The GAEC des Hounts was founded in 1988 on the southern slopes facing the majestic Pyrenees. The herd consists of 750 white dairy goats, 180 kids and 25 billy goats. The milk is processed on site into cheeses, sold at markets and supermarkets in Toulouse. Cabécou, briquettes, cailloux frais, tommes... And every year there are new creations like the escabier or the raclette de chèvre for 2024. From the birth of the kid to the cheese to be tasted, we can explain every step!
