Le Verdurier ! This name comes from the position held by the person in charge of salads and aromatic herbs in the king's kitchens. It is in the superb castle of Drudas, a residence of the XVIIIth century, typical of the Toulouse architecture, that we receive you. In addition to a luxury hotel, this gastronomic restaurant imagines an intuitive cooking where the vegetable remains the heart of recipes which are subtly associated with fish like pikeperch or with poultry.
