Small bistro offering good value dishes in the centre of Colomiers
Side 12, it is a small two-storey bistro located in downtown Colomiers. A good place to stop for lunch in Aveyron sauce. The lunch formula is short, with some appetizing suggestions, the dishes are of high quality, for a good price-quality ratio. Discover the spirit of Aveyron (the 12th) in a traditional cuisine of a rogue spirit: tripoux de Naucelle, estofinade (cod puree), farçous... In winter, enjoy an aligot-saucisse! Everything is homemade. You will appreciate the smiling welcome of the owner of the house, as well as the warm atmosphere that reigns in this small establishment.
