Une très belle découverte ! Sans doute celle de l’année…, Juan pour ne pas le nommer, est un passionné extraordinairement inventif qui a de l’or dans les mains…, les produits sont d’une extrême qualité, de proximité et choisis « sur le volet »…, les saveurs sont paradisiaques (beaucoup m’étaient inconnues) et ce chocolat !! Madre mia !! ????????????…

Un restaurant où les plaisirs visuel et gustatif sont là. En quelques mots : mariage de saveurs, finesse, surprise, partage, couleurs, qualité, voyage sensoriel. Cerise sur le gâteau : un chef cuisinier qui prend plaisir à partager autant sa cuisine qu'un instant de rencontre humaine, en toute simplicité.
