This listed château is home to the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park
The Park House is located in a refurbished former "Bergschloss". The Park is classified as a Biosphere Reserve by Unesco, then recognized in 1998 as the first transborder Biosphere Reserve in Western Europe! The Northern Vosges, an important wooded area with many rivers, has a very diverse fauna and flora. An extensive documentation is at your disposal in the Maison du Parc, which also houses exhibitions.

Ist eine schöne Burganlage. Modern renoviert mit Büros und Tagungsräumen. Kein Highlight für Geschichtsfreunde

Eine traumhaft schöne mittelalterliche Burg, die malerisch auf einem Felssporn errichtet wurde. Diese Wehranlage ist in einem erstaunlich gutem Zustand und auch der kleine Ort hat wunderschöne historische Gebäude. Ein Besuch ist in jedem Fall lohnenswert.

Könnten leider nicht anhalten, keine freien Parkplätze, zusätzlich eine Baustelle im Dorf. Die Parkplatzsituation ist wirklich übel, außerdem waren sehr viele Touristen da. Vielleicht riskieren wir im Herbst einen neuen Anlauf.
