On their farm, Daniel and Monique Furlan cultivate the cereals that will serve them to feed their mulards ducks. When these little animals were bred and excesses, they turn them into foie gras, blocks, rillettes, candied. They added a rope to their bow by making cooked dishes: cassoulet, junk, canard.
