Small Provencal haven with terrace offering local cuisine and themed à la carte menus
Laure and Eric welcome you in a small Provencal haven located at the gates of the Lauragais, just after Labège. When you arrive, you will be charmed by the magnificent terrace, with its stone tables and wrought iron chairs. Then you will discover that the interior is just as refined, with its chimneys and well. The Mas celebrates local cuisine around a map offering thematic menus whose content varies with seasons: Hot goat salad and three miels, butternut velocity and chestnut with foie gras, simmered with beef play, flounder of plaice and chorizo at hazelnut pesto, myrtille myrtille tarrook, and cream pavlova Bourbon vanilla and fresh fruit… You will have understood that: many culinary discoveries await you! The attentive and friendly service will ensure you have a pleasant time.

Mais - y manger pour la première fois - ce sera notre restaurant au moins une fois par mois lorsque nous serons à la maison.
Nourriture très fraîche et bien assaisonnée, service extrêmement sympathique et attentionné et par ailleurs agréable avec la cheminée et une très bonne acoustique et une ambiance musicale discrète.
Seul inconvénient : beaucoup trop peu de places de parking. Mais comme ce n'est qu'à quelques centaines de mètres de notre maison, nous préférerons marcher sans pluie ni neige.

Wenn ich nur 4 Sterne für das Essen vergebe, dann bitte daran denken, dass wir uns auch mindestens 1x im Jahr ein xx oder xxx Restaurant leisten.
Aber - erstmals dort gegessen - das wird unser mindestens monatliches Restaurant, wenn wir zu Hause sind.
Sehr frisches, gut abgeschmecktes Essen, extrem freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung und mit dem Kaminofen und recht gut gelungener Akustik bzw. unaufdringlichem Musikambiente auch sonst angenehm.
Einziges Manko: viel zu wenig Parkplätze. Aber da nur wenige hundert Meter von unserem Haus, werden wir ohne Regen oder Schnee lieber zu Fuß gehen.
