Le canard gras de qualité
Une adresse fréquentée depuis des années par mon frère qui me l'a fait découvrir. Le foie gras cru est un vrai délice à manger poêlé ou à transformer selon ses envies. Mais tous les autres produits de la ferme sont à la hauteur.
