Firmly rooted in the Gers region, this family-run business has specialized in the manufacture and sale of local products for over 35 years. Respect for regional culinary art and quality are the leitmotiv of Thierry Garbage, a friendly artisan canner with a passion for gastronomy. In his store and at local fairs, this epicurean with a unique touch wins us over with his foies gras, rillettes, confits and other inimitable recipes, as well as flocs and armagnac. It's easy to see why the house has built up such a reputation!

Séjour inoubliable dans une magnifique ferme emprunt d'un fort esprit familial aux gîtes confortables et très bien entretenus où règne deux maîtres mots CONVIVIALITÉ ET RESPECT. Philippe possède l'art et la manière de rendre notre séjour paradisiaque. Le magasin attenant regorge de spécialités et produits issus de la ferme dont la réputation n'est plus à faire. Je recommande vivement cette parenthèse enchantée.
