A family-run business dedicated to fine regional gourmet products, to be found at Urgosse and the surrounding fairs.

Firmly rooted in the Gers region, this family-run business has specialized in the manufacture and sale of local products for over 35 years. Respect for regional culinary art and quality are the leitmotiv of Thierry Garbage, a friendly artisan canner with a passion for gastronomy. In his store and at local fairs, this epicurean with a unique touch wins us over with his foies gras, rillettes, confits and other inimitable recipes, as well as flocs and armagnac. It's easy to see why the house has built up such a reputation!

Tout est bon que l’on parle Foie gras , plats cuisines, pates ….. avec un Floc pour commencer …. Hummm et en plein lus c’est du canard et le Canard c’est de la bonne graisse pour notre sante
