Before reaching the store, you cross the pastures where the ducks frolic. You arrive in front of this old Gascon house, surrounded by oaks and greenery. Step inside and you'll discover all the great recipes: jars of foie gras, garbure paysanne, confits and so much more, as well as a whole range of top-quality fresh produce. The ducks are fed on the farm's own cereals, and traditionally force-fed on whole-grain corn.
