Refined address offering both bistro-style cuisine and two gastronomic menus at weekends (including a surprise menu).

Rouergat: a dialect of the Langue d'Oc spoken in Julien Amat's native Aveyron. That's all it takes to understand this talented chef's attachment to this land. His cuisine is inspired by elegant bistronomy. For starters, there's a leek terrine with sweet chorizo, a guinea fowl leg confit with white asparagus and black garlic vinaigrette, a roast rack of pork with port jus, and a banana cappuccino with almond and cocoa sorbet for dessert. A refined meal that we recommend.

Très bon produits qui sont mis en valeur dans les assiettes par un travail que l'on sent passionné. C'est bon, frais, jolie, travaillé et gourmand. Une très bonne table dans ce beau village. Le service et l'accueil sont également très agréables. Merci beaucoup.
