When the former Riguepeu conserverie closes in 2014, it is a stroke of club that employees refuse to receive. Together with their forces, these ardent duck champions are now raising a cooperative society of collective interest and, for a year, Riguecoop continues to wear centuries-old know-how! An initiative that allows the conservation of an enabling economy for the village, while offering the gourmands the opportunity to discover quality local products: magret, fresh liver, various candied, sausages, dried products… and quality preserves such as rillettes, one block and one fat. All are certified by the local, authentic and tasty farms as only the Gers has the secrets of manufacturing… and it is directly from the producer to the consumer through the unique craftsmanship of Riguecoop!
