Chef Thibault Lagoutte combines traditional cuisine with a pinch of creativity. Gascon beef steak with red wine onion fondue or quail stuffed with foie gras, with an extra truffle sauce if you like! Very warm welcome and service. Just off the main roads, surrounded by the peaceful Gascon countryside. A highly recommendable address!
