Restaurant offering an original, creative and varied traditional cuisine
Just outside Vic-Fezensac on the road to Belmont. A beautifully restored, typically Gascon former cowshed, full of charm and character. Chef Thibault Lagoutte combines traditional cuisine with a pinch of creativity. Gascon beef steak with red wine onion fondue or quail stuffed with foie gras, with an extra truffle sauce if you like! Very warm welcome and service. Just off the main roads, surrounded by the peaceful Gascon countryside. A highly recommendable address!

Une nouvelle fois, le guide Michelin m'a envoyé dans une très belle adresse. Un repas de grande qualité et un service du dimanche soir fait par le chef en personne. Un excellent moment passé en couple, nous avons même pu échanger longuement avec le Chef après le repas. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à la première occasion.

Pour pouvoir y déjeuner, il faut s’y prendre des jours à l’avance et ne pas se faire raccrocher au nez. Accueil lamentable.
