Small farm, the farm of Mouniche is located in the heart of Gascony, in the Savès gersois. Its livestock is composed of about fifty ewes of the Lacaune breed. The animals graze the meadows from April to October and return to the sheepfold for the winter period. Olivier Garric, the cheese farmer, offers a wide variety of fresh cheeses but also lamb meat, sheep sausages and black Gascon pork. Let's fill up on all these marvels! Cheese making takes place from November to June.
