MARCHÉ DE MIRANDE

Every Monday morning, the traditional market transforms Mirande into a bustling town. Shoppers flock to meet local producers, food retailers, craftsmen and nurserymen. Under the beautiful Baltard-style market hall, but also on the Place d'Astarac, it perpetuates the rendez-vous that has existed since the town was founded in 1281. Ideal for filling your basket with foie gras, ducks, preserves, free-range poultry, honey, wine, floc, armagnac, croustade de Mirande, or organic vegetables, breads and cheeses.
