SOLÏANE

Solïane is another activity of the House de War, well known in L'Isle-Jordan and near the train station of the site. Solïane oils are made for cooking; in 25 or 50 cL bottles you will find rape, safflower (low acidity) and sunflower. Their finesse translates into the beautiful soft, sunny and amber colour of their respective dresses, more or less clear depending on the variety considered. These virgin oils déploiront their scents of hazelnut, almond and anise, in a fluidity that will allow a successful seasoning of many dishes with a pleasant texture.
