He offers a nice selection of wines from the region (Chiroulet, Pellehaut, Côte d'Heux, Uby...) and will be able to explain to you all the subtleties of the Côtes-de-Gascogne, some of which really deserve to be discovered. Out-of-age Armagnacs, "folle blanche", vintage champagnes, exceptional spirits and a thorough exploration of the Languedoc region always allow to find an interesting bottle.
