Medieval siege camp in Larressingle, offering costumed animations around archery, stone cutting and weapons

On the outskirts of the Larresingle fortress, visit a siege camp (from the 13th and 14th centuries), reconstructed with several offensive and defensive machines used in the conflicts of those times. Accompanied by a costumed guide, visitors take part in putting them into action, and firing them as medieval fighters did. Overview of medieval construction, lifting and production techniques. Costumed activities in July and August focusing on archery, stone-cutting, weapons... Back to the past!
