FORTIFIED VILLAGE OF LARRESSINGLE
A village "preserved from the wars", with houses leaning against the ramparts, with a tower in the center of the village, ...
Untouched by the wars of the past, surrounded by vineyards, Larressingle is a village "coup de coeur" for all who stop here. After crossing the bridge over the moat, the village reveals itself, unchanged since the 16th century. The houses backing onto the ramparts are home to stores and cafés. In the center, the dungeon tower of the austere 13th-century château still dominates. In its shadow stands a charming 12th-century Romanesque church with two naves.
