Read moreThe Pôle d'Équilibre Territorial et Rural (PETR) of the Pays des Portes de Gascogne was born in 2001 out of an administrative need to control the development of the east of the Gers. The will was to create a link between an active and dynamic urban population and a rural and aging territory. The PETR ensures the preservation of the environment and the living environment so dear to the people of Gers. It supports projects that allow a sustainable way of life to emerge in this territory.
