Ideally located in the centre of Gimont, with a terrace overlooking the Gimont market hall (very large and so special because of its voluntary slope to prevent bad weather from the west from penetrating underneath), the brewery le Café d'Alsace lives, despite its name, in the fashion of Gascony. Here, the regulars - of all ages - are authentic villagers. The restaurant service, with good value for money, offers a lunch formula appreciated by the workers. The male staff is dynamic and affable. An excellent Fischer beer is served, on request. In addition, the bar is a point of sale for the Française des Jeux.
