Original local cuisine in a restaurant with terrace in Fources.
The auberge de Fourcès is a charming place, based on the bastide's main square. The menu alternates between regional dishes (including a succulent semi-cooked foie gras) and less local recipes such as chicken and duck medallions with curry, or octopus salad with fresh herbs and combawa. Classic desserts (baba, crème brûlée, croustade) are made in-house. The setting is warm and contemporary, with a fireplace to warm hearts in winter. All year round, musical evenings and concerts can be found on their Facebook page.
