Michel Glosek, a chef who is attached to the land, to taste and to quality, has been offering a wide range of traditional and original canned delicacies since 1998. His Lectoure carat, which one might be tempted to rename "melon caviar", is a pure delight. Just like the desserts sprinkled with armagnac: baba gascon, lace, charlotte de Gascogne... The laboratory has acquired a good reputation. As a result, it manufactures and packages product ranges of other brands. A good address for gourmets.
