Good value regional cuisine in a brasserie a few steps from downtown Eauze.
A few steps from the city centre, on the busy boulevard outside, the brasserie Le Divan cooks good small dishes with regional colours at reasonable prices. The "Gascon menu" will allow you to savour a Gascon salad made in the rules of the art. It is followed by a solid duck confit and chips that should satisfy your hunger. In a "bistro-brasserie" style, the lunch menu is extremely complete, while the atmosphere of the place is dominated by the presence of local workers.

Le menu du jour était très savoureux, le personnel super sympa et attentionné. Bel établissement bien tenu. Recommandé.

Dommage tout était réuni pour un très bon moment ,mais le confit avec sa peau toute molle et pas cuite a quelque peu gâché l'ambiance. Les frites étaient aussi beaucoup trop grasses. Le dessert, le service , ont heureusement relevé le niveau.

Le confit est très délicat a cuire en ce moment car la production fait que ( on ne comprend pas pourquoi) la peau a du mal a griller car si on fait trop cuire après c'est trop dur....
Les frites sont a la graisse de canard et sont en effet un peu plus grasse qu'à la graisse végétale, mais c'est une bonne graisse ????
