Gastronomic pocket table with fresh products in Eauze.
La Vie en Rose is a gourmet pocket restaurant serving Eauze and its visitors. The chef takes great care in preparing his dishes, using fresh local produce. When the weather's fine, enjoy a meal on the terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room. On the menu, delicious grilled duck confit or monkfish and scallops with roasted baby vegetables, and for dessert, the famous warm croustade or prune clafoutis with armagnac. The house is an ambassador for Le Tariquet, one of the most famous wine estates in the Gers.

Arrivé à Eauze un peu tard pour y manger pour le déjeuner, nous avons été reçu dans ce restaurant, en terrasse, dans un cadre apaisant, nous y avons manger très très bien, pour un prix très correct. La prochaine fois que nous passeront par Eauze, nous ferons assurément une halte à la Vie en rose.

Lovely quiet restaurant, seats outside aswell, staff attentive and helpful. 17€ menu de jour only one choice per course and 1/4 carafe of wine incuded. Other menus available as well. My choice today was charcuterie & confit duck and a fantastic prune tart.
