A Bordeaux, les escaliers mécaniques ne fonctionnaient pas, même à 8h30, le café était à court de croissants et les tables n'étaient pas propres, et le stationnement et l'accès à pied étaient presque impossibles en raison des travaux extérieurs. Sans surprise, aucun membre du personnel n’a souri ou plaisanté, seule une dépression maussade était visible. Zurich, en revanche, était l'aéroport où tout fonctionnait, était propre et où les gens étaient sympathiques. Évitez Bordeaux si vous le pouvez.

I flew into Bordeaux from Zurich. What a contrast. At Bordeaux the escalators were not working, even at the early hour of 8.30 the cafe had run out of croissants and the tables were not clean, and parking and access by foot was almost impossible with the works going on outside. Unsurprisingly no staff smiled or joked, just sullen depression was on show. Zurich, by contrast, was the airport where everything worked, was clean, and people were friendly. Avoid Bordeaux if you can.
