On the farm in Castéra, there are wild mulard ducks for three and a half months before they are on. Gavage is carried out here according to two traditional methods, the most classical one, to the whole maize produced on the ground, the second with the help of figs, to make delicious figuigers, to the softer flesh. The products are processed on site. You can visit the farm and discover it easily. The Gesta also organizes culinary courses regularly and offers you to dine on the farm, by reservation, lunch or evening, during the summer.

Stage dans la Ferme offert par nos filles, nous avons pu durant ces deux jours apprécier l'accueil exceptionnel de la famille Gesta.
Repas délicieux, hébergement parfait et le stage de découpe et valorisation du canard très intéressant.
Nous avons apprécié ces bons moments conviviaux.

Des produits autour du canard c est ici qu il faut aller. Élevage sur place et transformation aussi. La personne est très gentille et de bons conseils. N hésitez ils sont aussi présents sur de nombreux marchés locaux.
