On the farm in Castéra, there are wild mulard ducks for three and a half months before they are on. Gavage is carried out here according to two traditional methods, the most classical one, to the whole maize produced on the ground, the second with the help of figs, to make delicious figuigers, to the softer flesh. The products are processed on site. You can visit the farm and discover it easily. The Gesta also organizes culinary courses regularly and offers you to dine on the farm, by reservation, lunch or evening, during the summer.
