Francis Lacave (it's not a pseudonym!), like his grandfather before him, has two hats. At the head of a 45 ha vineyard dedicated to the production of Armagnac, Floc de Gascogne and Côtes-de-Gascogne wine, he also runs a nursery business... specialising in vine plants. It is tempting to think of red wine, very Merlot in its expression, when it comes to accompanying red meat. But you can just as well accompany your dishes with white or rosé wines from the estate. You will also be able to get confits of floc and white wine on the spot. Since 1950, Domaine de Lartigu has been offering high quality Gascony wines, flocs and armagnacs. This family estate has been in existence for three generations. The vines are ideally situated on the slopes of Bas-Armagnac. Francis, Michelle, Sonia and Jérôme invite you to share their know-how as winegrowers and vine plant producers. You will be able to discover their passion for the vine, winemaking and ageing through a guided tour and a tasting of their products. In the shop, located opposite the village square of Bretagne-d'Armagnac, you will find a wide range of vintage bas-armagnacs, flocs de Gascogne, vins de pays des côtes de Gascogne, and other selected products such as delicacies.
