The innovative and atypical Hitton ecological farm was Manu and Cécile's dream. On 45 hectares, 30 Pyrenean donkeys roam freely in exceptional fields of rosemary, immortelle and lavender, with 40,000 plants... Donkey's milk is produced here, and the asinerie is not only a den of production, but also of top-of-the-range cold-saponified soaps made from this precious milk, organic cosmetics and lavender products, including essential oils: their virtues are unrivalled, and can be discovered in the boutique.

The farm is peaceful with fantastic views & we stayed overnight in our motorhome - electric book up is available. They also have a bar selling organic juices & beer & a shop where you can buy the essential oils & distillation produce.

La ferme du Hitton, c’est bien plus qu’un élevage d’ânesses : c’est un lieu inspirant, engagé, et profondément apaisant. Entre les collines gersoises, on découvre un vrai respect du vivant, une production artisanale de cosmétiques au lait d’ânesse d’une qualité exceptionnelle, et surtout des gens passionnés.
Mention spéciale pour l’accueil chaleureux, la visite instructive et les produits naturels qui sentent bon la nature. Une belle initiative locale, à soutenir les yeux fermés ! ????????
