FERME DES QUATRE GRÂCES
It is on the Gers hillsides, on his grandmother's land, that Christophe Masson developed the Ferme des quatre Grâces, near the charming bastide town of Beaumarchés. A convinced supporter of the Slowfood movement, Christophe Masson carefully chooses the products he offers his customers. An adept of slowness and a sincere defender of endangered regional species, he contributes to the continuation of three local productions threatened with extinction and listed as Slowfood sentinels: Gascon hens, Miranda cows and the black pig of Bigorre. La Ferme des quatre Grâces is that of a passion for the agricultural heritage of the Gers, with a vision of the future of agriculture. La Ferme des quatre Grâces still offers a sentinel grocery store and a farmhouse.
