Il y a longtemps que je n'avais pas loué dans ce genre d'établissement, et je suis déçu, non par la qualité du couchage qui est plutôt bien, mais par l'hôtel lui-même : trop de bruits environnants (ventilation des toilettes dérangeante, bruit de la route passant par l'aération). Ce n'est pas la peine de mettre des doubles vitrages, si le bruit passe par les aérations. J'avais l'impression que la fenêtre était restée ouverte, alors que non.

Piqure d'insecte deux nuits d'affilée.
J'ai voulu signaler cela à la direction de l’hôtel. impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone. Mail envoyé à ???? pas de réponse.
