J'y ai juste diné. Le menu à 59€ est alléchant, mais c'est vraiment de "la nouvelle cuisine", les portions sont light. C'est une explosion de goût, ça c'est sûr! Mais dans les ravioles de foie gras de canard, je cherche encore le foie gras! Même le goût y est introuvable. Bon en regardant sur le dictionnaire "le spumescence " de foie gras n'est que de l'écume de foie gras, donc forcément on ne le sent pas sous la dent. En bon gersois cela me déçoit. Je reconnais il y a du travail en cuisine, mais je me dis que je suis trop traditionnel pour adhérer à ce type de cuisine.

J'ai découvert le Domaine de Baulieu dans le cadre professionnel, nous avons été bien accueillis, le personnel est professionnel et réactif.
les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Activités et détente sur place.
