Creative cooking with fresh and organic products in a nice canteen in Auch.
La Cant'Auch is the friendly canteen of Circa, the circus center of Auch. Dynamic and welcoming, the establishment is part of a social project to help young people find employment. No à la carte menu, but plenty of choice: the team, led by chef Jérôme, works with fresh, local, organic and seasonal produce, offering a variety of dishes throughout the week. On show nights, tapas platters and bruschetta formulas are available from 7pm. This address is well worth a visit, both for its spirit of solidarity and its culinary offerings.
