Vincent Casassus perpetuates the tradition of gastronomy established here by André Daguin, by sublimating the best of the Gers region. On his menu, you will find the "côte de cochon Noir de Bigorre" or the "bar de ligne au safran du Gers". And for dessert, don't miss the Armagnac soufflé, a house specialty. Bruno and Vincent welcome you in their new setting which mixes with refinement the period elements with a resolutely modern and colored decoration. A very nice address.

Ambiance et cadre très chaleureux. Le service est au top. La cuisine variée est excellente, le choix des plats variés et la présentation vaut le détour. Ils sont aux petits soins.
