This vast organic bakery has opened its doors to the commercial area of Moulis, which is still in full development. Between two visits to stores in the shopping area, come and take a break here. Breakfast, coffee break, sandwich, salad, burger, pastry, pastries, Viennese pastries, big or small hunger, Boulangerie Baland has something to satisfy you. Formulas are added to the price of your main course: salad, sandwich or burger. And icing on the cake, everything is organic, even the sodas! You can enjoy your meal in the warmth of the beautiful wood-burning oven or on the terrace, outdoors. On the bread side, the choice is vast and appetizing. Organic flours from the Gers, wood-burning ovens are used here to make traditional baguettes, cereal bastards, Norwegian fruit bread and wholemeal bread. You will also be tempted by the many pastries to take away.
Je vois la cuisinière qui mets du ketchup. je dis attention.
A l'arrivée pas du tout de sauce donc sec et le dessert, la pana cota et farineuse et pas de gout. Heureusement il y avait les frites. c'est la 2eme fois que je suis déçue. Tout pour 15€90 ça fait cher. La dame a la caisse est très sympa.
