In Aubiet, La Nourrice, an edible and habitable garden-forest, is a work of art that was born in the mind of artist Olivier Nattes. The project features mounds of crops inspired by permaculture methods, a greenhouse refuge surrounded by flowering peonies... It is an ecosystem where each element contributes to the balance of the whole. The will of the artist Olivier Nattes is to create a new space, based on the idea of inhabited landscape, where culture and nature are united in an objective of well-being, research and development.
