In Aubiet, La Nourrice, an edible and habitable forest-garden, is a work of art that was born in the mind of artist Olivier Nattes. The project features mounds of crops inspired by permaculture methods, a refuge greenhouse surrounded by flowering meadows... It's an ecosystem in which each element contributes to the balance of the whole.
