From house painter to chef, Cécile made a career leap this spring 2023, when she opened her restaurant in Villefranche. The young woman, who cooks by instinct and from the heart, offers her inspirations in weekly menus (which always include a vegetarian suggestion): haddock egg brouillade, parmesan panna cotta, blanquette of filet mignon of pig, vegetable moussaka, honey mousse or almond raspberry fondant... An enthusiastic wine connoisseur, she also offers a rather singular liquid menu that will delight wine lovers.
