Gaya, for Gaëlle and Yannick, opened its doors in spring 2022. Originally from Brittany, the owners of Gaya offer a range of dishes, served in an elegant and authentic setting, which have made the reputation of this young address. From fried duck confit rolls and duck accras to Rocamadour salad, heart of Aubrac sirloin steak and low-temperature confit veal chuck, the menu is resolutely focused on local produce. But fish also has a place of choice, with some mouth-watering suggestions.

Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant le 13.09.23 suite aux avis Internet. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Un personnel très agréable, des plats bien garnis et avec des produits très frais et gouteux (mention spéciale pour le filet de bar et la "langue de chat" ainsi que la crème brûlée à la pistache) et un tarif défiant toute concurrence. Si nous revenons à Villefranche il est certain que nous retournerons dans ce restaurant. Merci à la patronne et tout le personnel. C.L.
